Return Procedure

To initiate a Return request, simply reach out to our customer experience team at support@natures-blooms.com during our operating hours from 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Please provide your purchase information and order number. Our team member will gladly assist you in finding a satisfactory resolution.

If your request for a full refund is approved, you will receive a return address via email. You will be required to return the unused portion of your product along with the original invoice enclosed in the box. Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Upon approval of your request, all returned packages will be refunded the full product cost. Requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of receiving your order to be eligible under this Guarantee.

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the package is received. Please allow up to 72 hours for financial institutions to process the refund.
